These general conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the iboardingpass.com website (the "Site") and the services offered by VODALIS LTD (the "Company", "we", "our"). By accessing the Site or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose

The Site offers a flight check-in automation service and delivery of digital boarding passes, as well as other associated travel services.

2. Acceptance and modifications

2.1 By checking the acceptance box or using the Site, you accept these Terms.

2.2 VODALIS LTD reserves the right to modify the Terms. New versions will be published on the Site and take effect immediately.

3. Service access

3.1 Full access to the service requires creating an account and subscribing to an offer.

3.2 You are responsible for your login credentials.

4. Pricing and subscriptions

4.1 The service subscription includes: A 24-hour trial period for €1 (one euro), giving full access to features. A quarterly subscription for €79 including VAT, automatically renewed at the end of the trial period.

4.2 Each period started is fully due, with no possibility of partial refund.

4.3 The subscription is commitment-free: you can cancel it at any time from your customer area. However, any period already started remains due and does not give rise to a refund.

5. Payment

5.1 Payments are made by credit card via our secure payment provider.

5.2 By providing your payment information, you authorize VODALIS LTD to automatically charge the amounts due according to the chosen plan.

5.3 In case of payment failure, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service.

6. Termination and cancellation

6.1 The user can terminate their subscription at any time via their customer area.

6.2 Termination takes effect at the end of the already paid period. No refund will be made for the current period.

6.3 VODALIS LTD may terminate access to the service in case of serious breach of these Terms by the user.

7. No refund

Payments made are non-refundable, including in case of partial use or voluntary interruption of the service by the user.

8. Responsibilities

8.1 VODALIS LTD makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the service, without guarantee of total absence of error or interruption.

8.2 The Company cannot be held responsible for flight delays or cancellations attributable to airlines or external events.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site remains the exclusive property of VODALIS LTD.

10. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of London.
